Error 8015D004 occurs when you try to sign in to Xbox Live

You see the following error code and message when you try to sign in to Xbox Live:

This action cannot be performed at this time, please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/support: 8015D004

This may mean that your Microsoft account is blocked or inactive.

Solution

To resolve this problem, verify and, if necessary, add security information to your Microsoft account. To do this, sign in to your account, click My account, and then click Microsoft account security proofs. After you verify and update the security information for your Microsoft account, try to sign in to Xbox Live again.

Note If you get a message that your Microsoft account is blocked, follow the on-screen instructions to unblock your account.

If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.
