Problem

If you see the error message "Sorry, something's wrong with your Microsoft Account. Go to https://account.live.com for help" when you’re trying to sign in to Xbox Live, there's a problem with your Microsoft account.

Solution

To resolve this problem, sign in to your Microsoft Account on your computer to validate who you are. Follow the instructions on the screen. You may be prompted to reset your password or to enter a security code that will be sent to one of the security proofs on your account.

Note If you are prompted, confirm that your computer and Xbox console are using the same wireless network.
