Xbox 360 game disc exchange
If you’ve purchased a game on disc and it doesn’t install on your console, you can exchange it within 90 days of purchase under the terms and conditions of the Microsoft Game Disc Exchange Programme.
Note Before contacting us for an exchange, please be aware of the following:
You should first attempt to exchange your disc with the retailer that you purchased it from. Most retailers offer a limited exchange period for damaged or faulty discs.
If your Xbox 360 console can't play a disc, first try using the
Xbox Disc Drive Solution to resolve the problem. The Microsoft Game Disc Exchange Programme applies ONLY to games published by Microsoft and is subject to availability. How to exchange your game
To exchange your Microsoft game, follow these steps:
First, attempt to exchange your disc with the retailer from whom you originally purchased the game.
If you’re unable to exchange with the retailer, and you’re within 90 days of your purchase, contact Xbox Support.
You’ll need to provide the following information to the support agent, so make sure that you have it ready:
Your email address
Your original purchase receipt
Your Xbox gamertag
Your Console ID
To find your Xbox gamertag, look in the top-right corner of the screen where your profile picture is displayed.
To find your Console ID: From the home screen, scroll right to
Settings, select System, select Console Settings, then select System Info. Make a note of your Console ID.

THIS PROGRAMME IS GOOD ONLY FOR XBOX 360 CONSOLE OWNERS IN COUNTRIES WHERE XBOX 360 IS SOLD AT AUTHORISED RETAIL LOCATIONS.
You must be over 18 years of age.
Microsoft will only provide a replacement of the same game title. Microsoft may, at its discretion, provide a digital version of the title instead of a replacement disc.
This programme is for CONSUMER END-USERS only. You must include your Xbox 360 console serial number for each order. You can request one (1) exchange of each game title.
This limited-time programme is subject to availability, and subject to change without notice.
Microsoft may exchange only selected titles and has no obligation to exchange all titles or any particular title.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any agreements or communications (whether oral or written) regarding the Programme.
