Turnaround Time
Once our service centre receives your repair request, someone from our service centre will call to confirm your address for the exchange. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Post-service warranty
The length of the post-service warranty depends on whether your Xbox product is serviced while it is under warranty or not.
