Error ACC1109 occurs when using your Microsoft account to sign in to your Xbox One console

You see the following error and message when using your Microsoft account to sign in to your Xbox One console:

  • ACC1109
  • Sorry, there was a problem. The best way to fix it is to sign everyone out, then sign back in again.

This means that there was a problem with the sign-in process. This error usually occurs when there are other users already signed in to the console.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, sign out of all of the profiles on your Xbox One console. Then, try to sign in to your console.
