Can I play online against the PC version of the game?

Warface for Xbox 360 can only be played with other Xbox 360 consoles on Xbox Live. There is no cross-platform play with other editions of the game.

Can I use my PC Warface account to play on the Xbox 360?

No, the Xbox 360 edition does not use your PC account. Instead you’ll use your Xbox Live gamertag and profile.

Will my in-game purchases, like gear and Kredit, carry over between Xbox 360 and PC?

The Xbox 360 and PC versions do not share account information. In-game purchases, like Kredit and other gear, will not carry over between platforms.

I’m having a problem when I play Warface. Who should I ask for help?

For any questions about Xbox Live, your Xbox 360 console, or purchasing Kredit for Warface through the Xbox Store, please contact Xbox Support. For questions about in-game purchases using the Kredit you’ve purchased for Warface, please contact Crytek support.
