Decommissioned online services for Xbox games

Microsoft works hard to provide reliable and enjoyable service for the online element of our games. Though uncommon, it occasionally becomes necessary to turn off the services that power an individual game’s online play. The decision to decommission a game is never an easy one, and it’s typically made only for older games with very low player counts.

List of decommissioned games

The following list includes games published by Microsoft that have had their online services decommissioned. For non-Microsoft games, contact the game publisher for information about online services.

  • Age of Empires Online
  • Doritos Crash Course 2
  • Galactic Reign
  • Halo: Waypoint mobile app for Windows Phone, iOS and Android
  • Kinect Nat Geo TV
  • Kinect Sesame Street TV
  • Lips
  • Lips: Number One Hits
  • Lips: Canta en Español
  • Lips: Deutsche Partyknaller
  • Lips: Party Classics
  • Lips: I Love the 80's
  • The Gunstringer: Dead Man Running for Windows
  • World Series of Poker (Xbox 360)
