Error C1010096 or C1010098 occurs when using Xbox Music

You see error C1010096 or C1010098 and the following message when you try to play a song or music video in Xbox Music:

Access to this content is blocked based on the online safety settings for this account. Please sign in to play this content.

This means that the Xbox Music account you're using to play the song or video doesn't have permissions to access mature content.
