How to find out what games and content you're entitled to download

In My games & apps, you can view the games and content that you and the console are entitled to download.

Here’s how:

  1. Press the Xbox button  to go to the Home screen.
  2. Scroll to the right to My games & apps.
  3. Select the content type (Games or Apps).
  4. Scroll right to Ready to Install.

Dimmed items that appear are available for you to download. These may be games or other content that you've purchased, or the items may be downloadable because they were purchased by another account that has assigned this console as its Home console.

If you're prompted to purchase the content again, the content may have been purchased through a different account. To verify that your account purchased the content, review your transaction history:

  1. Sign in to the Payment & billing page with your Microsoft account credentials.

Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the Lost Account Solution or the Lost Password Solution.

  2. Review your purchase history.

You can also see which games you own at My Games.
