Error 80A4000A occurs when using your Xbox Live account on Xbox One
You see the following error message when you try to use or manage your Xbox Live account on your Xbox One console:
When this Xbox isn't connected, we can't sign you in. This can happen if you don't save your password. Check your network connection, then sign in.
This may mean one of the following:
Your console has lost connection while trying to save your password to the console.
Your console has lost connection and can’t sign you back in because you didn’t save your password.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions.
Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status
If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:

Solution 2: Disconnect and reconnect to Xbox Live
To disconnect your console from Xbox Live, follow these steps.
Wired connection: Just unplug the Ethernet cable from the back of your Xbox One console.
Press the Xbox button to go to the Home screen, or say "Xbox, go home."
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select All Settings.
Select Network settings.
Select Disconnect wireless.
Power cycle your Xbox One console. A full power cycle reboots the console fully. Doing this does not erase any of your games or data. Here’s how:
Turn off your console by holding the Xbox power button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds.
Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox power button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. Note If you don’t see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.
