Sorry, there was a problem. Try adding or changing that payment option again in a few minutes.

    Solutions

    Solution 1: Check the Xbox Live service status

    If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:

    Purchase and Content Usage: up and running
    2016-09-29T12:01:41.7586678+00:00

    Solution 2: Try again in a few minutes

    Wait a few minutes and then try to change your payment option again.

    If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.
