You can change the country or region or add another country or region to your billing contact information.
Warning When you change the country or region for your billing contact information, you're also changing the country or region for your Xbox Live account. If you don't want the country or region for your Xbox Live account changed, leave this information as it is.   1. Go to the Xbox.com site for your new region.
    For example, if you want to add Canadian billing contact information, go to xbox.com/en-ca.
  2. Enter the email address and password for your Microsoft account, and then click Sign In.
  3. Add a credit card for your new region and enter the billing address for your new region.

Xbox One console steps: Change your country or region

First, update your settings to your new location and restart your console. Then, update your billing information. Here's how:

Step 1: Update your settings to your new location

  1. On your Xbox One console, sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select your new location from the list, then select Restart now.

Step 2: Update your billing information

  1. On your Xbox One console, sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Payment & Billing.
