Check your Xbox Live subscription and transaction history online

View your Xbox Live subscription and transaction history

You can quickly view online your Xbox Live subscription information and transaction history by signing in to your Microsoft account. This displays your most recent purchases, other transactions and the current balance in your Microsoft account.

Note To check your Xbox Live subscription or transaction history online, you must provide your Microsoft account email address and password. If you don't know these, see Find your Microsoft account email address or password.

View your transactions on your Xbox 360 console

You can view detailed transaction information on your Xbox 360 console. Here's how:

Note If you have multiple accounts or want to review your child’s purchase history, you’ll need to sign in to each profile to review the transactions for each account.

  1. Sign in using the Xbox Live gamertag for which you want to view transaction history.
  2. Go to Settings and select Account.
  3. Under Your Billing Options on the Account Management page, select Download History.

Your purchase history is listed under “Game purchase history”.

View your transactions online

You can view detailed transaction information online by using your computer or Internet-enabled device. Here's how:

Note If you have multiple consoles, you won't be able to verify to which console content was downloaded. To see what content was downloaded to a specific Xbox 360 console, go to View your Xbox Live download history on your computer or Xbox 360 console.

  • Sign in to your Microsoft account. You may be prompted to enter a security code. Follow the instructions provided. Your last five transactions will be displayed under Billing Overview.

If you have more than one Xbox Live account, you may see charges on your credit card statement for accounts other than the one you're signed in to. You may also have your credit card associated with another Xbox account, such as your child’s account. Check for other Xbox Live profiles on your console and sign in using the Microsoft account associated with those profiles.

Note for US customers only If your Xbox Live membership is the Xbox 360 Entertainment For All Plan (formerly "2 Year Xbox Live Gold Contract"), you won't see your charges online. Instead, you'll receive a monthly email at your Microsoft account email address that lists the recurring charges for that subscription.

View subscription information

If you want to view information about your Xbox Live Gold or Music Pass subscription on your computer or Internet-enabled device, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft account. You may be prompted to enter a security code. Follow the instructions provided.
  2. Click Services & Subscriptions.
