Check your Xbox Live or Xbox Music Pass billing and purchase history
When you buy an Xbox Live Gold Membership or Xbox Music Pass or you purchase Xbox content on your console or on a Windows-based computer, you can use a variety of payment methods:
Prepaid: A card purchased at a shop that pays for a Gold Membership, an Xbox Music Pass or a content item/game.
Credit/debit card: Charges are applied to your credit card or bank account for a subscription or a content item/game.
Direct debit: Charges are applied to your debit card or bank account for a membership (regional restrictions apply).
PayPal: Charges are applied to your PayPal account for an Xbox Gold Membership, an Xbox Music Pass or a content item/game (regional restrictions apply).
You can get details of your purchases through Xbox.com, Commerce.Microsoft.com, your Xbox 360 console or your financial institution's website.
Kinds of charges you might see:
Individual purchases: For items like music, videos or games purchased by using your PC, phone or Xbox console, you may see a charge on your statement ranging from US$.50 to US$50.
Xbox Live Membership charges: Xbox Live service is billed in advance. When you first sign up, you select a membership plan and pay at the start of the period. For example, if you sign up today for a one-year Gold Membership, you will be billed for the next 12 months immediately. At the end of the membership term, if automatic renewal is turned on or if you are subscribed to a monthly plan, you will be billed for the next membership period.
Xbox Music charges: Xbox Music as a service is billed in advance. When you first sign up, you select a plan and pay for the upcoming period. For example, if you sign up today for a one-year Xbox Music Pass, you will be billed for the next 12 months today. At the end of the paid term, if automatic renewal is on or if you are subscribed to a monthly plan, you will be billed for the next membership.
Check your purchase history online
Sign in to Xbox Live using your Microsoft account.
Click My Account.
To see more transactions, select More.
To see all your past transactions, select See all transactions at Commerce.Microsoft.com.
If your Xbox Live membership is the Xbox 360 Entertainment For All Plan (formerly "2-Year Xbox Live Gold Contract"), you will not see your charges at the Microsoft account website; instead, you will receive a monthly email at your Microsoft account email address that lists the charges to that account.
Charges not showing up on Microsoft billing?
If you have more than one Xbox Live account, you may see charges on your credit card statement for accounts other than the account with which you are signed in. If possible, check for other Xbox Live accounts and sign in at Microsoft account with the Microsoft account used for those purchases.
