If you are contacting Microsoft regarding an error received while attempting to redeem the 14-Day Trial pre-paid code received with your Halo 4 purchase; this is only available for customers who do not have an active Xbox LIVE Gold account. If you have an existing Xbox LIVE Gold account, you cannot redeem this pre-paid code.
