If the ABC iview app does not respond

If the ABC iview app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall the app. Here’s how:

  1. From Xbox Home, go to Settings and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device (most likely Hard Drive).
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and select any items that refer to ABC iview.
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Return to Xbox Home.
  8. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
  9. Browse or search for “ABC iview”.
  10. Select ABC iview to download and install the app.

Error messages

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the ABC iview app.

  • Sorry, the ABC iview server isn’t available right now. Please select the retry button below or try again later. You might find more info at www.xbox.com/status.
  • ABC iview Server unavailable. You might find more info at www.xbox.com/status.

    Solution:

  • Sorry, the item you're interested in is no longer available.

Solution:

  • The content that you searched for is no longer available through the ABC iview app. Browse or search for different content.
