This article describes how to resolve problems with the Network TEN app on Xbox 360.

The Network TEN app on Xbox 360 doesn't respond

If the Network TEN app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall it. Here's how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to settings and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and highlight the Network TEN app. Press the Y button to access Game Options.
  6. Select Delete, and then confirm that you want to delete all items related to the app.
  7. Go back to the Dashboard.
  8. Go to apps, and then to Browse Apps or Search Apps.
  9. Browse or search for the Network TEN app and then select it.
  10. Select Download and then Confirm Purchase to download it and install the app.

If the app still doesn't respond, contact Xbox Support.

Error messages

Note Network TEN provides support for all content-related issues in the Network TEN app. Support phone numbers:

  • Brisbane – 07 3214 1010
  • Adelaide – 08 8225 1010
  • Perth – 08 9345 1010

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the Network TEN app on Xbox 360.

Connectivity errors

  • Sorry, Network TEN isn’t available right now. Please try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status

To resolve this errors, try the following solutions:

  • Go to Service status to make sure that there are no current problems with Xbox Live or the Network TEN app.
  • If there are no problems and you get the error message again when you try to start the Network TEN app or access content in the app, wait about a minute and then restart the app.
  • If you keep getting the error, delete and reinstall the Network TEN app.

If you keep getting the error, contact Xbox Support.

Availability errors

  • Sorry, the item you’re interested in is no longer available
  • This item has expired and is no longer available

To resolve these errors, try the following solutions:

  • Wait about a minute and then try to access the content again.
  • If you continue to get the error, select something else to watch.

Scheduling errors

  • The show you are trying to view is not scheduled to be broadcast yet. Please try again soon

To resolve this error, try the following solutions:

  • The scheduled broadcast time for this content has not yet been reached. Wait until it's available. If you get this error after the scheduled start time has passed, wait about a minute and then try to access the item again.
  • If you continue to get the error, select something else to watch.
