If the Quickflix app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall it. Here's how:

You may receive one of the following error messages when you try to use the Quickflix app on your Xbox 360 console
To resolve either error message, follow these steps:
If you continue to receive this error, please remove the Quickflix app and then reinstall it. If this does not resolve your problem, contact Xbox Support. For more information about how to contact Xbox Customer Support directly, visit the Microsoft Support website.
If you receive this error, you'll have to return to the previous menu and select a different item to rate or modify.
To resolve this error, you must change your Locale setting to Australia or New Zealand. For more information about how to change your locale, see Change the Xbox 360 console settings.
