Let us know what’s wrong with the product.
We’ll let you know if the product is in warranty.
In-warranty service: Free
Out-of-warranty service: $100 plus tax (submitted online) or $120 plus tax (submitted over the phone)
Check your warranty status (sign in with your Microsoft account if needed).
Time to complete: About 2 minutes

Remove all accessories and put only the console or sensor in a shipping box.
|
|
Time to complete: About 6 to 8 days
Turnaround Time
Once our service center receives your product, it will be serviced and returned to you in approximately 10 days.
Post-service warranty
The length of the post-service warranty depends on whether your Xbox product is serviced while it is under warranty or not.
