If the TOU.TV app doesn’t respond to input, delete and reinstall the app:
You might get the following error messages when you use the TOU.TV app.
If you get this error, it means that the content you're looking for is currently unavailable. Search the TOU.TV app for different content to watch.
If you get one of these error messages, check service status for problems with Xbox LIVE or the TOU.TV service.
If there are no current problems, wait about a minute and then try starting the TOU.TV app again.
If you still get the error, delete and reinstall the TOU.TV app.
If you continue to get one of these error messages, try to improve your connection speed.
If none of these solutions work, contact Xbox Support.
If you get this message, it means that the TOU.TV app is not available in your locale. To access TOU.TV, your Xbox 360 console must be set to a supported country locale and you must have an IP range from within that supported country locale.
