The Every Street United app doesn't respond

If the Every Street United app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall it. Here’s how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to settings and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and highlight the Every Street United app. Press the Y button to access Game Options.
  6. Select Delete, and then confirm that you want to delete all items related to the app.
  7. Go back to the Dashboard.
  8. Go to apps and then to Browse Apps or Search Apps.
  9. Browse or search for the Every Street United app and then select it.
  10. Select Download and then Confirm Purchase to download and install the app.

If the app still doesn't respond, contact Xbox Support.

Error messages

You may get one of the following error messages when you try to use the Every Street United app.

Application errors

  • Sorry, the Every Street United server isn’t available right now. Please select the retry button below or try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status.
  • The Application has encountered an unexpected error and will now exit.
  • Sorry, the Every Street United server isn’t available right now. Please select the retry button below or try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status
  • Every Street United Server unavailable.
  • A server or network error has occurred. Please try again later.
  • An unknown error has occurred.
  • An internal error has occurred.
  • An Error Has Occurred. Sorry, that didn't work for some reason.
  • Unable to download channels data. Please try again later. There was a problem signing you in. Please try again later.
  • There was a problem collecting your preferences. Please try again later.
  • There was a problem downloading application resources. Please try again later.
  • There was a problem saving your vote. Please try again later.
  • There was a problem retrieving poll results. Please try again later.
  • There was a problem initializing the application. Please try again later.

Go to Xbox Live status to check for any reported issues with the service. If there are no reported issues and you get the error message when you try to launch the Every Street United app or access content in the app, wait about a minute and then restart the app.

If you continue to get the error, delete and reinstall the Every Street United app.

If this does not resolve the problem, contact Xbox Support.

  • Sorry, this video isn't available right now. Please try again later.
  • The video cannot be played at this time.
  • A missing data error has occurred.

If you get one of these errors, wait about a minute and then try the action again.

If you continue to get the error, select a different program to watch.

To notify Xbox of the content error, contact Xbox Support.
