  • Allow PlayTo streaming
Enable this if you want to play video and music on your Xbox One from the Windows 8 or 8.1 Share charm and other PlayTo-compatible devices.
For more information about using PlayTo streaming, see Use PlayTo to stream Groove and Movies & TV content to your console.
  • "Record that" records
Choose the amount of time from the dropdown to record a clip of your gameplay.
  • Allow game streaming to other devices
Enable this if you'd like to game stream to the Xbox app on your Windows 10 device.

SmartGlass connections

This option allows you to set how your console responds to connection requests from SmartGlass devices.

Preferred video provider

This option allows you to designate your live TV content provider as the primary provider, which will prioritize listing their content first in searches.
