Set up and watch Demand 5 on Xbox LIVE

With Demand 5, you can catch up on all your favourite programmes from Channel 5, 5USA and 5* whenever you want.

To watch Demand 5 on your console, you need:

• An Xbox LIVE Gold Membership
• At least 100 megabytes (MB) of available storage space

1. On your console, sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
2. Browse or search for "Demand 5."
3. Select Demand 5 to download and install the app.

Once it is downloaded, the Demand 5 app automatically starts.

1. Sign in by using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. Go to Apps, and then select Demand 5 to launch the app.

The Demand 5 app allows you to restrict access to content not suitable for younger viewers. You can set the parental controls PIN the very first time you start the Demand 5 app, or in the “Settings” channel within the Demand 5 app.

What if I don’t set up a parental control PIN?

If a parental control PIN is not set up in the Demand 5 app, attempting to view any “G” rated content will prompt you to confirm that your age is 18 or over.

Note The red “G” logo is a Guidance label. Any programme broadcast on one of Channel 5’s channels that is not suitable for everyone carries a “G” logo.

Did you forget your PIN?

In the Demand 5 app, go to the Help channel, and select Forgotten your PIN?
