Troubleshoot Dailymotion on Xbox 360

If Dailymotion videos aren’t playing smoothly on your console, try the following:

• Check the status of the Dailymotion service.
• Try the solutions on this page: Improve Xbox LIVE speed.

If the Dailymotion app is not responding, delete and reinstall the app. Here’s how:

1. On your console, go to Settings and then select System.
2. Select Storage.
3. Select your primary storage device (most likely Hard Drive).
4. Select Games and Apps.
5. Find and select any items that refer to Dailymotion.
6. Select Delete.
7. Return to Xbox Home.
8. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
9. Browse or search for Dailymotion.
10. Select Dailymotion to download the app.

Xbox 360 content controls may not apply to some content on Dailymotion.

Dailymotion enables access to content that is not appropriate for children or teens.
