To watch or listen to the Last.fm app on your Xbox 360 console, you need:
One you've signed in to your Last.fm account, you won't be prompted to sign in again unless you sign out from within the Last.fm app.
To start Last.FM later, go to Music, My Music Apps and then Last.FM.
When you start the Last.fm app for the first time, you'll be prompted to associate your Last.fm account with your Xbox 360 console.
Associate your Last.fm account to your console
If you don't have a Last.fm account, you'll need to create one. (It's free.) Here's how:
Once you've signed in to your Last.fm account, you won't be prompted to sign in again unless you sign out from within the Last.fm app.
Unassociate your Last.fm account from your console
For problems with your Last.FM account, go to Last.fm Support to post your question by email or to the Last.fm Support Twitter page to tweet your question.
If you use Family Settings to control what content can be accessed through Xbox LIVE on your console, the Last.fm app will follow whatever settings you've established. For example, if you prohibit explicit content from being watched or listened to on your console, that content will be marked with a "Parental Advisory" logo, and you will have to enter a personal identification number (PIN) to play that item (and view associated album art).
For more information about using a passcode, see Xbox 360 console parental controls.
