Troubleshoot LOVEFiLM on Xbox 360

If you receive the error message:

Sorry, there’s been a problem
There’s a problem playing the title that you have chosen. Please try again or choose a different title. (Error code: MP1011)

When you try to watch a video in LOVEFiLM, your console needs to update the codec used to play content. To resolve this problem, select Close and choose the content that you want to watch again. Your console will automatically download the correct codec, and the content will play.

LOVEFiLM videos don’t play smoothly

If LOVEFiLM videos are not playing smoothly on your console, try the following:

LOVEFiLM does not respond

If the LOVEFiLM App doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall the LOVEFiLM App. Here’s how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device (most likely Hard Drive).
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and select any items that refer to LOVEFiLM.
  6. Select Delete.
  7. Return to the Xbox Dashboard.
  8. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
  9. Browse or search for LOVEFiLM.
  10. Select LOVEFiLM to download the app.
