If you receive the error message:

There’s a problem playing the title that you have chosen. Please try again or choose a different title. (Error code: MP1011)
When you try to watch a video in LOVEFiLM, your console needs to update the codec used to play content. To resolve this problem, select Close and choose the content that you want to watch again. Your console will automatically download the correct codec, and the content will play.
LOVEFiLM videos don’t play smoothly
If LOVEFiLM videos are not playing smoothly on your console, try the following:
