Note for US customers only If your Xbox LIVE membership is the Xbox 360 Entertainment For All Plan (formerly "2 Year Xbox LIVE Gold Contract"), you won't see your charges online. Instead, you'll receive a monthly email at your Microsoft account email address that lists the recurring charges for that subscription.

I see a charge on my credit card statement, but I don’t see the charge when I sign in online. Why?

If you have more than one Xbox Live account, you may see charges on your credit card statement for accounts other than the account with which you are signed in. You may also have your credit card associated with another Xbox account, such as your child’s account. Check for other Xbox Live profiles on your console and sign in using the Microsoft account associated with those Xbox Live profiles. If you don’t know the Microsoft account, see Find your Microsoft account email address.
