Problems with Xbox 360 sign-in while playing Rare Replay on Xbox One

You see one of the following error messages when you try to sign in with your Xbox 360 profile on your Xbox One console to play Rare Replay:

    • Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Please try again later.
      Status Code: 800704DC
    • You do not have an active gamer profile. To create or load a profile, please press the Xbox Guide button now.

This means there’s a problem with your Xbox Live billing account. You’ll need to resolve this issue before you can download your Xbox 360 profile to your Xbox One console.
