Error code 809B100D occurs when you’re using Kinect

Problem

You may see the following error code and message when you’re using Kinect:

Too far right

809B100D

This means that the Kinect sensor is having trouble seeing you during a Kinect Tuner test.

Solutions

Solution 1: Select “More info” and then “Try again”

On your console, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.

If you keep getting the error, try the next solution.
