On your console, sign in with your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag. Go to apps and select Browse Apps.
Browse for DailyBurn.

After the download, the app automatically starts, and you can browse through and view details about the available content.
To start the DailyBurn app later, go to tv & films, My Video Apps, and then DailyBurn.

The first time that you start DailyBurn, you'll be prompted to activate your DailyBurn account. You can browse the DailyBurn app for free, but to use the app content you'll need a DailyBurn account and subscription. Select Activate now to begin.
You'll see a registration code displayed on the Register screen along with instructions.
In a browser on an Internet-enabled device, go to dailyburn.com/xbox and enter the activation from your Xbox screen.
At the next page, create a new DailyBurn account with a free 30-day trial period or sign in, if you already have a DailyBurn account.
Next, you'll be prompted to start setting up a personalised work-out plan (see the screen below). Enter the appropriate information.
Use the Workout hub to create and use a personal fitness plan. At any screen, you can select what you want to watch, and then select Play.
Select Preview this workout to see the current layout of the personal fitness plan.
Go to Select another workout to choose a new fitness plan.
Select My Program to review the current full program that you’ve set up.
Navigate to the Library or Programs hubs to browse for additional content.
Unassociate your DailyBurn account from your Xbox 360 console
Here's how to unassociate your DailyBurn account from your Xbox 360 console:
From the settings hub, select De-Activate.
You'll be asked to verify that you want to sign out. Select OK to continue.
Use Family Settings to control access to content
If you use Family Settings to control which films and TV shows can be watched through Xbox Live on your console, the DailyBurn app will follow those settings. For example, if you use parental controls to restrict some kinds of TV programmes, those programmes will be marked with a "restricted video" icon in the DailyBurn app. To play a restricted item, an adult must enter the Family Settings pass code.
