Troubleshoot Screenrush on Xbox 360

Screenrush content is not playing smoothly.

Try the solutions in Improve Xbox Live speed.

I am receiving error messages within the Screenrush app.

If you receive error messages within the Screenrush app, check the status of the Screenrush service.

If there are no reported issues with the Screenrush service, try starting the Screenrush app again.

If you still experience errors within the Screenrush app, please contact Screenrush by visiting:

The Screenrush app is not responding.

Try deleting and redownloading the Screenrush app.

To delete the Screenrush app

  1. On your console, go to Settings and then select System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select the location where the Screenrush app is saved (for example, Hard Drive).
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Select an item that refers to Screenrush , and then select Delete. Select Yes to confirm.
  6. Repeat with any other items referring to Screenrush .

Then, redownload the Screenrush app.

To download the Screenrush application

  1. On your console, sign in to Xbox Live.
  2. Go to Apps, and then select Browse Apps.
  3. Find and select the Screenrush app.
  4. Select Confirm Download to download and install the app.
