Overview

The Wuaki.tv app on Xbox 360 doesn't respond

If the Waki.tv app on Xbox 360 doesn't respond to input, delete and reinstall it. Here's how:

  1. From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings and then System.
  2. Select Storage.
  3. Select your primary storage device.
  4. Select Games and Apps.
  5. Find and select any items that refer to “Wuaki.tv”.
  6. Select Delete. Confirm that you want to delete the item. After you've deleted all the items related to the app, go back to the Dashboard.
  7. From the Dashboard, go to apps and then to Browse Apps or Search Apps.
  8. Browse or search for Wuaki.tv and then select it.
  9. Select Download and then Confirm Purchase to download and install the app.

If you get any of the following error messages when you try to use the Wuaki.tv app, try the troubleshooting steps that follow the relevant group of errors below.

Availability errors

  • Sorry, the item you are interested in is no longer available.

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

  • The Wuaki.tv server is not available at the moment. Please press the 'try again' button or try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status.
  • The Wuaki.tv server is not available at the moment.
  • The application found an unexpected error and will close.

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

If you get one of these errors, go to Service Status to check for current issues with Xbox Live or the Wuaki.tv app. If there are no issues reported, wait about a minute and try starting the app again.

If you still get the error, try deleting and reinstalling the app.

If these steps did not resolve the error, contact Xbox Support.

Account errors

  • The purchase process could not be started. Please try again later.

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

If you get this error, there might be a problem with the Xbox Live billing service or with your Xbox Live account. To resolve the problem, try the following:

    1. Retry the purchase immediately. Sometimes there are temporary problems with our billing service. Try making your purchase again. (If the previous purchase attempt was not successful, your Microsoft account will not be charged a second time.)
    2. Retry the purchase in 24-27 hours. If your second purchase attempt is also unsuccessful, wait 24-72 hours and then try making the purchase again. If the problem persists beyond 72 hours, contact Xbox Support.

Regional errors

  • This application does not provide support for the age classification system on your console. The application only provides support for Spain's age classification system. You can deactivate content control in Configuration/Family.

To resolve the error, follow these steps:

If you get this error, the Wuaki.tv app is not available in your locale. Your Xbox locale must be set to Spain to access the Wuaki.tv app on Xbox Live.
