"0:00" track length shows when playing music with Groove Music Pass on Xbox 360

You see “0:00” track length and are unable to play any tracks when you try to play music through your Groove Music Pass on your Xbox 360 console.

This may mean that there's not enough security information in the Microsoft account you use to access your Groove Music Pass.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, add security information to your Microsoft account. To do this, go to Microsoft account security information overview and follow the instructions.

If you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.
