Error 32 occurs when you use the Xbox 360 Kinect microphone

You see the following error message when you use your Xbox 360 Kinect sensor:

Kinect couldn’t hear the whole calibration tone.

If you see this error message when you’re using Kinect, it means the Kinect sensor microphone is having trouble hearing you.

Solutions

Solution 1: Select "More info" and then "Try again"

When you get the error, select More Info to see suggestions on how to correct the problem. After you make the suggested changes, select Try Again to run the test again.

Solution 2: Make sure that the Kinect sensor is positioned correctly

Solution 3: Request a repair

If the first two solutions didn’t resolve the issue, go to the Online Service Centre and request a repair.
