Error 80190826 occurs when you use Xbox Live

You see the following error and message when using Xbox Live.

Can’t retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again.

Status code 80169d94

This may mean that your account has been locked because there are problems with the personal information in your Xbox Live account. For example, your billing information might be incomplete, or the credit card you’re using might not match the billing information for your account.

Solution

Make sure that the billing address for your Xbox Live account matches the billing address used by your credit card company. To change the billing address for your Xbox Live account, see Change your Xbox Live account information.

If this doesn't work and you keep experiencing the problem, contact Xbox Support.
