Channel list or show information is incorrect or missing from the OneGuide

Under certain circumstances, the Xbox OneGuide may not display your channel line-up, may show incorrect information, or may not show any information at all. This is generally due to either incorrect settings or a delay in receiving information from Xbox Live.

Important The accuracy of the channel line-up information depends on the public channel line-up databases shared by cable channel providers. There may be a delay between the updating of these databases and changes to your local channel line-up.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Connect to Xbox Live

Connect to Xbox Live to view your channel information in the OneGuide. You will not be able to see channel information while offline.

Solution 2: Check your cable or satellite provider settings

Xbox One needs accurate information about your TV provider and channel line-up to populate the OneGuide. To verify your channel information:

  1. From Home, say “Xbox, go to Settings” or open Settings from Your games & apps.
