Microsoft Complete for Xbox One

Microsoft Complete is an extended service plan that provides a total of three years of coverage for your Xbox console and Kinect sensor. Additionally, Microsoft Complete provides warranty coverage for two controllers.

Note Microsoft Complete is only available within the first 45 days after your purchase. Some exclusions and restrictions apply. Read the Terms and Conditions.

Step 1: Register your Xbox product

To register your Xbox product, follow the steps in Register your Xbox product.

Step 2: Purchase Microsoft Complete

You can purchase Microsoft Complete at any time within the first 45 days of owning the product. You can make this purchase three ways:

  • Purchase Microsoft Complete when you purchase your Xbox product at a Microsoft Store location or through an online retailer.
  • Purchase Microsoft Complete by contacting a Microsoft Store support agent. To do this, go to the Microsoft Store website and click on Support. From the drop-down menu, select Contact Us | Sales & support to find a regional sales number.
  • Purchase Microsoft Complete through the Xbox Online Service Centre by clicking Buy a service plan.

Time to complete: About 5 minutes.
