Report incorrect information that appears in the Zune Marketplace
Note As of 15 November 2015, the Zune service has been discontinued. This may cause errors when attempting to stream or download content or update the service.
If you find content in the Zune Marketplace that doesn’t look or sound correct, create a forum post on Microsoft Community that describes the problem. After we see the post, we’ll work on fixing it right away.
Types of information to report
Here’s a list of the kinds of problems we can fix:
Typos in the artist name, album name or song title
Incorrect album, video or film.
Audio glitches (for example, the song is cut off early or late, or you got the wrong song)
Incorrect rights (for example, you can preview but not purchase media content, you can purchase but not preview media content, you can download but not stream content, or you can stream but not download content)
An incorrect release date
Problems with the film review or artist biography
Tracks or albums that are assigned to the wrong artist
Missing tracks or confused track listings, such as a track order of 1, 3, 2, 5, 4
Missing episode or confused episode list, such as an episode order of 1, 2, 6, 4, 5
An incorrect Parental Advisory rating
How to create a forum post on Microsoft Community
