Update your Internet browser to use My Account on Xbox.com

Overview

The Xbox.com My Account page makes use of a new technology to help you better navigate and use your account.

Note All of your My Account functionality is also available on your console.

Problem

If you can’t see the My Account page, it may be because of a problem with the combination of your operating system and your browser.

Solutions

To fix the problem so that you can use My Account, follow these steps:

  1. Check to see if your operating system is on the list of supported operating systems.
  2. Check your browser to see if it’s on the list of supported browsers.
    1. Chrome and Firefox should automatically update to the latest version, unless you’ve disabled auto update. If you’ve disabled it, check your browser support to find out how to turn it back on.

  • Presto-based browsers (Opera) implement CORS as of Opera 12.00 and Opera Mobile 12, but not Opera Mini.
