  • Send us your product. Here's how:
    1. Remove all accessories. Send only the non-working console or sensor via the shipping option that you selected during order submission.
    2. Send the product to our service center via courier pick-up service.

You can check the order status at the Online Service Center.

Step 4: We service your product

Turnaround Time

Drop-off exchange: Wait 2 working days after placing an order. Then, visit the service center for an immediate exchange.

Scheduled courier: Once our service center receives your product, it will be serviced and returned to you in approximately 3-5 days.

Post-service warranty

The length of the post-service warranty depends on whether your Xbox product is serviced while it is under warranty or not.

  • In-warranty service: If your Xbox 360 console is serviced within the original warranty period (free exchange), you receive either the balance of your original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
  • Out-of-warranty service: If your Xbox 360 console is serviced out of the original warranty period (paid exchange), your serviced console will have a 90-day warranty.
