Xbox LIVE gives you two ways to let your Facebook friends know what you're up to:

Note If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account or an adult account that is not the primary account on an Xbox LIVE Family Pack, you’ll be prompted for the Windows Live ID and password of the linked adult account. This step is required to confirm parental consent.
Xbox LIVE child account
Xbox LIVE determines whether an account is a child account or an adult account based on the age of the account owner. Account owners who are younger than 18 are given child accounts in the United States. The legal adult age varies by country and region (for example, the adult age in Korea is 20).Change a child’s automatic log-in setting

Use the following steps to share a hard-earned Xbox achievement on Facebook.
Your Xbox achievement is posted on your Facebook wall along with the comment that you added.
You can share a beacon on Facebook so that your friends know what game you’re playing, or which games you want to play on Xbox LIVE. Here’s how:

Some Kinect games can take photos and videos of you and your friends while you’re playing a game. Some games also allow you to upload these photos and videos to Facebook. After a Kinect game has taken a photo or video, look for the option to post to Facebook.
To restrict an Xbox LIVE account from posting to Facebook, you need to set Social Network Sharing to Blocked. Here’s how:
