Check your purchase history on Xbox 360

If you see an Xbox charge on your bank statement and need to review your Xbox purchase history to learn what the charge is, you can do this on your Xbox 360 console. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft account that has the purchase history you need to review.

    Note
    If you’re trying to review your child’s purchase history, make sure that you sign in to your child’s Microsoft account. If you aren’t sure which profile made the purchase, you may need to review all of the profiles on the console.

    If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the Lost Account Solution or the Lost Password Solution.

  2. Go to settings, select Account and then select Purchase History on the Your Billing Options tab.

Note You may be prompted to update or install the Internet Explorer app if it’s not already installed on the console.

  1. Using the thumbsticks on your controller, scroll up or down until you see the transaction on your purchase history that matches the charge on your bank statement.
  2. If the charge is for an Xbox subscription and you want to cancel it, exit the IE app.
  3. Go to settings, select Account and then select Manage Membership on the Your Billing Options tab.

  1. Using the thumbsticks on your controller, scroll to the subscription that you want to cancel and then select Cancel.
