Repaired (or replaced) consoles often receive a new serial number. Since your repaired console has a new serial number, you must remove your old Xbox 360 as a Sky device (see xbox.skyplayer.com/manage) and add your repaired console.
You might also need to download and reinstall the Sky application if it’s not present on your repaired console.
