Solution 2: Cancel the game installation and then reinstall
Cancel the game installation, restart the console and then reinstall the game. Here's how:
Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the Guide from any other screen on the console.
Note If you're unable to access the Guide or if the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.
You can then reinstall the game by downloading again from the Store. To download the game again, search for the game in the Store, select the game and then select Install.
