Mature content is missing from the Xbox Store

Access mature content

Mature content may not be visible in the Xbox Store when a child or content-restricted account is signed in, even if an unrestricted adult is also signed in and active. For more information, see Content restrictions when an adult and a child are signed in on Xbox One.

To access mature content, first sign out of any child or content-restricted account:

  1. From Xbox Home, select the profile pictures at the top left of the screen, next to the notification center.
  2. Select an account and then select Sign out. (This action will not remove the account from your Xbox One.)
  3. Try browsing the store again.
