You see the following message and one of the following errors when you use an Xbox app on your computer:

This may mean that you have a setup problem or an undefined error.
To resolve this problem, try the following solutions:
Solution 1: Install and run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter
The Windows Store Apps troubleshooter can automatically identify and fix some problems with Xbox apps on your computer.
Solution 2: Verify that you're using the right computer or device
Make sure that you're playing content from the device that has your account settings and not from a different computer.
Solution 3: Check your Internet connection and network connectivity
Make sure that your device is connected to the Internet and that you are signed in to the app.
Solution 4: Check the Xbox Live service status
If you see any alerts here, wait until the service is up and running and try again:
Solution 5: Check your country/region settings
If you have recurring sign-in problems, make sure that the location of your computer matches the country/region of your account, and then restart the app. To learn more, see Regional settings for Xbox on Windows apps, which explains how to change your location settings.
Solution 6: Exit and then restart the app
If the error occurred while buying, downloading, or playing content, or after putting your device in a suspended or hibernation mode, try the following steps:

Check for updated versions of the app you're using. To do this, open the app from the Start screen, and then look for an update notice in the upper-right corner of the screen.
