Problems playing content

If you’re having trouble playing content that you’ve already purchased or downloaded, we have some suggestions that might help.

Problems finding content

Because of the large amount of content that’s available on Xbox Live, it can be difficult to find exactly what you’re looking for. If you’re having trouble finding a particular title or add-in, it may be easier to search all of the titles. Here’s how.

Note After you purchase the title or add-in, you can schedule the download to your Xbox console.

  1. Go to Xbox Games.
  2. Select Xbox 360.
  3. Find the type of content you want, and then click View All. For example, click View All in the “New Games” section to search all games.
  4. In the SORT BY box, select the appropriate filter.
  5. Select the title that you want.
Note If you’re looking for an add-in for the title, see the “All Downloads” section on the page for that title.

When you view all titles, the content that’s displayed is the content that’s available for the region based on the setting for your Xbox Live account. Because not all content is available in all regions, you may be unable to find specific content because of regional restrictions. Also, previously listed content may have been removed because of regional legal requirements or other issues.
