Change your Xbox LIVE account information

You can change the name, address, phone number or email associated with your Xbox LIVE billing account. Here’s how.

Note You can't change the country/region that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you move and want to access Xbox LIVE from your new location, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new region.

1. Go to Billing Account Information and sign in with the Microsoft account (email and password) that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account.

   Note If you don’t know your Microsoft account sign-in or password, see Find your Microsoft account.

2. Click profile, then click edit profile.

3. Make changes to your billing account information and click Save.

1. On your console, sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. Go to Settings and then select Account.

3. Go to Your Information, and then select Billing Information.

4. Enter your Microsoft account password, and then select Sign In.
5. Edit your billing account information and then select Done.
