Report incorrect information that appears in the Xbox Music Store

Note As of 15 November 2015, the Zune service has been discontinued. This may cause errors when attempting to stream or download content or update the service. For more information, see the Zune retirement FAQ.

Overview

If you find content in the Xbox Music Store (also known as the Zune Marketplace) that doesn’t look or sound correct, create a forum post on Microsoft Community that describes the problem. After we see the post, we’ll work on fixing it straight away.

Here’s a list of the kinds of problems we can fix:

  • Typos in the artist name, album name or song title
  • Incorrect album, video or film.
  • Audio glitches (for example, the song is cut off early or late, or you got the wrong song)
  • Incorrect rights (for example, you can preview but not purchase media content, you can purchase but not preview media content, you can download but not stream content, or you can stream but not download content)
  • An incorrect release date
  • Problems with the film review or artist biography
  • Tracks or albums that are assigned to the wrong artist
  • Missing tracks or confused track listings, such as a track order of 1, 3, 2, 5, 4
  • Missing episode or confused episode list, such as an episode order of 1, 2, 6, 4, 5
  • An incorrect Parental Advisory rating
