I can't see the My Account page on Xbox.com

The Xbox.com My Account page uses a new technology that helps you better navigate and use your account. If you can't see the My Account page, your Internet browser or operating system may be incompatible with the page.

Solution 1: Make sure that you're using a compatible browser

The latest versions of Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer all work fine with the My Account page. If you're using one of these browsers, make sure that you're using the latest version.

Chrome and Firefox should automatically update to the latest version, unless you’ve disabled auto update. If you’ve disabled it, check your browser support to find out how to turn it back on.

  • If you're using Internet Explorer, you can make sure that you're using the latest version by visiting the Internet Explorer Downloads page. If you need an updated browser, this page will give you a link to download the latest version.

Solution 2: Make sure that you're using a supported operating system

The following are supported operating systems for the My Account:

  • Windows 7
  • Windows 8
  • Mac OS X Lion
  • Mac OS X Mountain Lion
  • Mac OS X Snow Leopard:

Solution 3: Review your transactions on commerce.microsoft.com

If you can't update your browser or operating system, you can also review your Xbox transactions at commerce.microsoft.com.
